When emailing, please include:
Your team admin creates your account and shares the username + temporary password. The first time you sign in you'll be prompted to set a new password.
Contact your team admin — admins can reset member passwords from the "成员管理" tab.
You can deny any of these in iOS Settings → Nexcart Ops; the related feature will be disabled but the rest of the app will keep working.
If responses take longer than 2 minutes or you see error messages, the upstream AI provider may be overloaded — please retry in a few minutes.
Your data is stored on Supabase (US-West region) and accessed via a Cloudflare Worker. AI prompts may include parts of your business context when you use the AI assistant. See our full Privacy Policy.

Whisper transcription works best with clear speech and minimal background noise. For live-stream recordings, holding the phone closer to the speaker and recording shorter clips (under 30 seconds each) tends to improve accuracy. You can always edit the transcribed text manually.
